Calendar sync issue with Dakboard

I have signed up for Dakboard (DB) and love what it is able to do. The issue is that my calendar isn't syncing with DB, or at least all of it. If I email an appointment to myself from work it doesn't show in the DB. I have tried linking it numerous times but nothing. I do have different colours for who the appointment is with, and I have linked all of them, but still nothing. I am at a loss and very frustrated. I can't find the answer and I think it may be because I don't know the correct words to explain, which is frustrating. Or maybe I am not reading the instructions correctly. I don't know, but if someone is able to help I would be so grateful. I hope this is all clear!! Thank you in advance!

I don't know this product, and for authoritative support you should contact the manufacturer at their rather minimal support webpage, but one idea did occur to me in reading the FAQ on linking iCloud Calendars here.


They state in that page that Apple does not allow for the "Family" Calendar type in your iCloud to be shared. All other calendar types should be able to use the following steps to link them to your DAKboard.


I infer from this that shared iCloud calendars cannot be added to Dakboard. Perhaps this is the cause of your calendar not loading to the device?


Other than that you should seek the assistance of Dakboard Support
