Apple Maps addresses seem to be in a foreign language when integrated with our servicem8

Hi I hope you can help. We use ServiceM8 for our customers and the dispatch map just will not work properly. Originally we lost all the street addresses and now they have kind of come back but look like that they are in Russian. I have tried to speak to ServiceM8 but they can't seem to resolve the issue either so I am at a loss of how to resolve the issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
