Sub cancelled from app store but still consider subscribed in the app

I subscribed this app called Fantuan in Feb with a first month free trail, and I cancelled on the second month on app store. And it is not in my subscription history. Until today, I saw inside the app, it shows I'm still subscribed, and deducting money from my card for 9 months. And their subscription bypass the app store (I think it is cuz they don't want to pay any commission fee to apple). I contact the apple support, they cannot see the subscription history. And in the app, it shows 30 days monthly membership fee. Isn't this violating the community policy and scamming users? What should I do?
