Hello, I own an iPhone 15 Promax. I am exposed to a problem while photographing. During photography, the phone performs unwanted processing in terms of shadow areas and unwanted skin color, while before taking the picture, the picture is very satisfactory.

Apple uses various forms of computational photography (AI) to enhance and improve photos for the vast majority of its users. I understand you’re looking for unenhanced photos and the least processing will be available on an Apple raw file with HDR and other features disabled.
I think your best path forward will be third party app that offers minimal to no extra processing of their raw files. I personally use an app called Halide when I want maximum control of my images.
