Photo Sharing via WhatsApp

Hello, when I share photos direct from the Photos App, the contact I most frequently contact rarely appears on the list. When they do, it’s for text not WhatsApp. I WhatsApp message and call this person much more than anyone else. The person does not have an iPhone.

I have not set the phone to suggest this person less, so not sure why this is. Any ideas how I can fix?

Also, if you do set to ‘suggest less’, can you change that back?
