The money was debited, but the order was not received, it is not displayed in the purchase history.

I bought a Telegram Premium subscription as a birthday present for 1290 rubles (Russia), and now I have no money in my account, and also a gift from a friend. I can't prove it in the Appstore - there is no receipt and order in the purchase history. I don't understand how to be and who to turn to.
