My photos storage wont go down
The photos app is currently at 7.16 GB, i deleted tons of photos, deleted recently deleted, checked if the mode is optimized photos and also deleted photos in icloud, it still won't go down.

Have you tried a forced restart?

Often, but not always, after a restart the values straighten out. Those numbers are not always up to date -- it's pretty low on the priority list, and their meaning isn't entirely clear. "They're more like guidelines, anyway."
