Apple Music playlist confusion on shared Apple TV

I have Apple Music on my Apple TV 4K and iPhone 15 Pro Max(my Sister and Mum do as well) I don’t understand what’s going on, my playlists—as well as my Sister’s and Mum’s—are all jumbled and have weird music in them, including music & playlists from each other’s accounts—music that I have added to my library but NOT any of the playlists— because each playlist has a specific theme and now they’re all jumbled, this has happened since the update iOS 18. I don’t understand what’s is happening, I know that I am sharing the device with two other accounts but our music & playlists should remain separate but they aren’t.

is this happening to anyone else? Is this issue being fixed?

I need to know, this is beyond frustrating because I take a long time to build playlists and for them to end up all jumbled and mixed up with weird songs is wrong.

I need to know if this has happened to anyone else on your devices and if it will be resolved or is anyone has a way to resolve it?
