Scam? Nebula app keep debiting no matter what I do even my bank cancels card

are many people having issues with Nebula app? It starts as a trial which to cancel but they take money each month. My bank retrieves this and cancels my card but they keep coming back. Apple need to look into this one as it is not fair on customers. Subscriptions using apps need to have some clearer conditions and reminders if they are going to sign you up for a year after a trial. Often their emails go to junk too so easy to miss.
