Microsoft Exchange email not working in iPhone 15. The Outlook app and Office.com also not working with new password on iPhone.
I updated my employee password this morning. Now my iPhone 15 email Exchange won't recognize the password.
- I deleted my old Exchange account.
- When trying to add a new account, the Exchange process sends out to https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/login .
- I have tried manually entering information such as the server and domain without any luck.
- When trying to add Outlook, the password isn't recognized or the account is not verified.
- I have reset my two-factor authentication.
- I have restarted my phone.
- My iPhone has iOS 18.1.
- I can access Microsoft sites on my computers using the new password.
- My iPhone mail app won't work and neither will Safari or Google when I try to sign into Office.com on my phone.
I hope someone can point me in the right direction.
