Why am I seeing "Cannot Connect" for my subscriptions on iPad?
Hi there,
I have an ipad 6 mini. I am unable to cancel a subscription that I keep being billed for. When I click on "subscriptions" I get a message reading "Cannot Connect".
This same problem has been around since 2020: Cannot Connect to Subscriptions - Apple Community
I just can't believe Apple has not managed to fix this in 4 years...
