Settings app on my iPhone 13 IOS 17.7.1, keeps notifying me I need to accept the New iCloud Terms & Conditions to use iCloud on this phone and enter my iPhone passcode. When I click continue I receive another popup message the states "This action cannot be completed at this time. This is very annoying.

Mmmmm ... seems you may want to send feedback to Apple!
They will likely not reply, yet if others with earlier operating systems are facing difficulties too, there will likely be an update that addresses them. Your feedback will reach and inform those working behind-the-scenes, who can make changes.

The article recommends I upgrade to the latest iOS version. My iOS version is IOS 17.7.1 which my iPad indicates is "up to date."
