Recovering Photos from Locked iPhone 11 without Erasing

Hello so my iphone 11 has been broken for some time. yesterday i go to get it fixed. 30 pounds left my bank account only for me to be using the phone correctly. the phone says "iphone unavailable" because when my phone was broken the screen would constantly move by itself and always press the wrong passcode. the lady told me to go to another shop so they can fix it. i went there and the man told me to fix it he's going to reset it. what? the photos on this phone is really really important to me and i couldnt have it just erased. so i left the shop with my phone unerased. days before yesterday i got gifted the iphone 13 pro max. i logged in with my apple id but my photos haven't been transferred to that phone meaning the photos on my iphone 11 aren't backed up to the icloud. please is there any other way to perhaps fix and unlock my iphone 11 without it having it being erased and for me to finally back up my photos before it ever happens again.

If you were using iCloud Photos on your 11, then the pictures should still be at iCloud.com. If you weren't, but you had Settings>Apple ID>iCloud Backup turned on, then you may be able to recover data from the last backup at iCloud.com. You should look here:

View and manage iCloud device backups - Apple Support

This requires you to erase everything on your phone and replace it with the backup. If you can get to an Apple Store, they can help with this. But, if it's been too long, there may be nothing to restore. I don't know too much about this-- I've never done it, myself, so the Apple Store is the best bet.
