AirPods Pro case light not working and issues pairing with iPhone
Hi, I need help with my AirPods Pro case. The light on my case hasn’t been working for over a year, but the AirPods themselves were charging and working fine, so I didn’t think much of it. Recently, however, they stopped pairing with my phone. I’ve tried everything I can think of, including software updates, using different chargers (both wired and wireless), forgetting and re-pairing the device, and attempting a hard reset. Since there’s no light, it’s hard to tell if the reset worked. I’m concerned that there might be an internal battery or hardware issue with the case that’s affecting both the charging and the Bluetooth connection. Is there any way to confirm this?
