Changing cursor size and colour on iPad

When I first received the iPad, I was able to select the size of the cursor colour and the speed but now most of that it’s gone and all I can do is control the speed of my hand over the trackpad, but I can’t change the size and colour of the pointer please tell me where I can find a solution for this. The gray dot is driving me crazy.
