How to remove deleted apps from Voice Control?

I downloaded an app from the App Store called Document Converter and then I deleted the app and used Find Any File to find and delete any remnants labeled smooth mobile or the document converter. Voice Control is still seeing the Document Converter app and every other app I've installed and deleted in its list of apps available for custom commands. Now when I say open document instead of opening a document, it gives me an error message saying it couldn't launch the document converter. I can't find any trace of the Document Converter on my computer. How do I delete it from the list of apps available for Voice Control so Voice Control stops trying to open that application?
