Unauthorized Nebula app charges and refund request

Hello there, i hope this message finds you good

i didn’t authorized a purchase on nebula app and it did take money and i would like to have a refund

thanks for your time

multiple times this has happened that this app keeps taking money out of my account. I’ve cancelled subscription. I’ve done everything possibly I have written emails and so on I want my money back in my account and stop taking it from my account. I did not give you authority to do so. This is like fraud. I want my money back in my account ASAP. I don’t know who to report it any more too help ASAP and it’s bigger amounts.

I suspect you were directed to the website from a social media post or advertisement and started a free trial there that turned into a subscription. You may not have known that is what you did. Any subscription made with a company directly on their website bypasses Apple ability to manage the subscription. You are on your own with any subscription that is not made in the app where it is easily cancelled by Apple using this method. A subscription made directly with a company on their website will not show here.
