magic mouse usb c and lightning do not scroll properly and jerk when moving on mac mini m4, 16GB

i bought a mac mini m4. the magic mouse doesn't work smoothly at all and is soft when scrolling, as you know it from the magic mouse. pointer movements are also sometimes very jerky and inaccurate. i have already adjusted the settings under mouse and pointer control. the problem also exists with a lightning magic mouse and the new usb c magic mouse. latest mac os 15.1 is installed

as a test i have connected a bluetooth logitech mouse, with which i can control the mouse pointer very precisely. also a mouse with cable works very precisely. soft scrolling is unfortunately not possible with third party mice, but the scrolling is much better than with the magic mouse, which i loved so far, especially because of the soft scrolling

many more users should have this problem, but so far I haven't found anything about it online
