Finder is freezing

We are an advertising agency and work with an imac mini (model A2816) with Sonoma. We work with Adobe programs. Unfortunately, the Finder crashes very often. This usually happens when we place files (like images) from our server into an Adobe program or drag data from the server onto the desk, but also simply while working. All programs crash and the Finder. The Finder cannot be restarted either, so we have to restart the imac. We've tried everything but nothing helped. Unfortunately, a reboot on Ventura is not possible. Anyone else having these problems?
