Why am I seeing the "You have 5 apps to adopt" notice on Mac?

I'm having a problem with getting rid of the "You have 5 apps to adopt" notice in my profile page on the App Store. I recently purchased a new M4 Pro Mac mini, directly from Apple, and it arrived yesterday.

I cannot get rid of the notice, as it will not accept the adopt function. Quite possibly because I already own all 5 apps from three different previous Mac purchases, each of which included the apps.
