Left AirPod dies extremely fast

I have AirPod pro 2 usbc and an iPhone 14 latest iOS update. I started experiencing issues with my left AirPod and I have done everything I could think of. My AirPods die quicker on my phone compared to my brothers phone (same phone) I’m starting to think it’s a connection issue I have no idea what to do. I’ve tried updating them but they won’t update I think it’s because the left airpod won’t completely charge. I don’t know if I should replace my AirPods or if there’s any way to fix them.
