App Store connection failed

Good afternoon! Please help me, I have an Apple iphone 6, OS version 12.5.7. I have problems connecting to the App store. The account is personal and in the App store is maintained and used the techniques on the technical support page on the Apple website (checking the network, time, whether the account is in the app store, restarting the phone) did not help. Please tell me what is the reason and what to do?
