option to lock airpod pro not available in find my app

Hi,

My daughter and I have both tried to lock her lost airpods Pro using the find my app feature but the option to lock them as lost isn't available in the find my app. We can locate them, to a house, but the person at the house is denying all knowledge of having them.

When my daughter tries to lock them the option isn't available from the find my app and i've tried from my icloud account as the parent account and i don't have the option to lock them as lost either.
