Issue with Apple One free trial and individual subscriptions
I’ve been a subscriber for AppleTV and iCloud for awhile and Music for the past few months. A few weeks ago, I signed up for the trial month of Apple One, assuming that it would override my individual subscriptions.
However, in late October, I was charged for the renewals of the individual subscription. I found where to report/question this and Apple cancelled my subscriptions. But I am now not able to access my subscriptions and am prompted to sign up for a subscription or even AppleOne.
When I check my subscriptions, AppleOne is listed as active - still in the free trial period with a renewal date of November 20. I have tried to report this issue where I had previously reported the renewal charges, but I’m unable to proceed to the next section as it won’t allow me to select the free AppleOne.
I’ll try to report again once I’m charged on November 20, but at this point I’m tempted to cancel and start over with individual subscriptions.
has anyone here had similar experience? Or able to offer either a solution or a way to contact Apple?
