Streaming Audio cutting out using CarPlay with iPhone 13

Apple iPhone 13 pro. The last few months my audio cuts out when I'm streaming from Pandora or other audio sources in my car. Sometimes it comes back, other times not. It does fine on WiFi, but not in the car. I have Apple Car Play in my car, and don't know if that's the issue or just a problem with streaming. Any help would be appreciated as I don't really know what to try, other than turning it off and back on, which doesn't work.
