Hi, and welcome to the Apple (user-to-user) Community!
Re: I can’t find my Google email through my passkey as the name doesn’t have a link to the email
Wondering if you use an app or not for your google mail access. If so, opening the app may help with finding the user-name and password.

Else: In the browser you use (eg: Safari) you might want to try logging in to your Gmail account at gmail.com to see if your user name and password autofills ok. (There is also a link there on the log-in page to reset your password if you forgot it.)

Another suggestion:
For iOS 17:
"View saved passwords and passkeys in iOS 17 or earlier
- Tap Settings, then scroll down and tap Passwords.
- Use Face ID or Touch ID when prompted, or enter your passcode.
- To view a password or passkey, select a website or app.
- To update a password, tap Edit.
- To delete a password or passkey, tap Delete Password or Delete Passkey."
or
"Ask Siri to find saved passwords
Get Siri's attention, then say something like, "Show my passwords.
" If you're looking for the password to a specific website or app, try something like, "What is my Hulu password?"
Above info. comes from the linked article below:
