I can’t find my Google email through my passkey as the name doesn’t have a link to the email

I can’t find my email for Google as I need to log in for something and I was wondering if I could find it through my passkey, but on the passkey I set the email name to something stupid and

cannot find what the actual email is, is there any way to find it through the passkey or is it gone?

Wondering if you use an app or not for your google mail access. If so, opening the app may help with finding the user-name and password.

Else: In the browser you use (eg: Safari) you might want to try logging in to your Gmail account at gmail.com to see if your user name and password autofills ok. (There is also a link there on the log-in page to reset your password if you forgot it.)

Another suggestion:

For iOS 17:

"View saved passwords and passkeys in iOS 17 or earlier

  1. Tap Settings, then scroll down and tap Passwords.
  2. Use Face ID or Touch ID when prompted, or enter your passcode.
  3. To view a password or passkey, select a website or app.
    1. To update a password, tap Edit.
    2. To delete a password or passkey, tap Delete Password or Delete Passkey."

or

"Ask Siri to find saved passwords

Get Siri's attention, then say something like, "Show my passwords.

" If you're looking for the password to a specific website or app, try something like, "What is my Hulu password?"

Above info. comes from the linked article below:

If you have updated to iOS 18:

In iOS 18: Find saved passwords and passkeys on your iPhone - Apple Support

All the best :-)
