Best (and least difficult) CAD for IOS

Hello Community,

I will be a beginner (ZERO training) with CAD/3D-CAD and will be using it on my Mac (M1) with magic track pad. Mostly, I do woodworking and metal fabrication as a hobby but have the occasional request to build something for family or a friend. It would be amazing to create something on my computer so I/they could see what I intend to build and work out all the bugs before starting the project. I have tried a few free apps but no winners yet.

Any Suggestions for a free/low cost CAD program (preferably 3D) for a beginner? Also, do you suggest any accessories to assist me while creating and/or learning to create? Good Advice is always appreciated!
