Many times that I use AirPods Pro 2 for business meetings in Microsoft teams I have the problem that the volume is very low and then very high, which makes really annoying for the ears. I do not see any solution on line.

Have you tried setting the volume manually via settings on your windows machine?
if it is not working, i would try tomorrow with my windows machine to see if I can duplicate the issue and search for a solution for you
The volume is manually changed, for example if I have 3 bars of volumen (out of 10) it remains like that but I have higher or lower sound at the AirPods, and then the volume comes back to "normal" when I manually change the volume bars.
