App Store is missing on my iPad, how can I get it back?
What can you do to get your App Store back can up date apps either

The App Store app may be in the App Library, the last page of the Home Screen. Swipe from right to left to the very last screen, locate the app and drag it to your Home Screen.
If you do not see the "App Store" application in the App Library, go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases and allow Installing Apps.
If the problem persists, go to Settings > Screen Time, scroll down, then turn off "Share across Devices".
