AirPods showing connect pop up every time that I open the case

I have AirPods Pro 1gen. Every time that I would like to use them, they show connect pop up again and again. They remember custom name and settings but it keep disconnecting them from my entire iPhone and it’s not even discoverable in Bluetooth settings until I connect them again. I don’t know what to do. I tried to restart phone, AirPods and I still have this issue. Any ideas?

I have latest iOS, iPhone 13 mini

I have only iPhone and AirPods.
