How do I get the 4 image collage back for my Apple Music playlists?

The above question has been asked before but Apple no longer let anyone post on it or reply to the answers on it. I Also tried to re ask the question previously but they wouldn't allow the post! So I'm trying again...

As people will know, for some reason-after 20 or so years-Apple no longer automatically show the first four album sleeves of the songs in your playlist, instead they show a really crude, horrible coloured background with printing on. Not only they there is about 10 options to show the same crude image slightly differently but no four album sleeve image.

The main answer to the question was to 'duplicate' a playlist with the said four album sleeve header (ie right click on the playlist you want to duplicate, scroll down to 'duplicate' and click). This does indeed work-or rather it did as I did it several times. However now when you duplicate the playlist and then click to edit the title-(obviously you have to edit the title to the playlist your trying to add four album sleeves to)-as soon as you click save the four album art disappears and your left with Apples horrible design again!!!! VERY FRUSTRATING and a RIGHT FAFF!!!!

Has anyone solved this problem yet? It seems the only way around this is to waste losts time making your own sleeve design and then uploading it to your playlist! Why don't they just leave things alone????
