How to safely download IPA Files without a computer?

Okay, so I am trying to download IPA files (Note that I don’t have a computer so I can’t use my computer to download) and it doesn’t even let me because it’s not “secure”. I know that some IPA files contain dangerous things but this is on an another level. Just because it’s not secure doesn’t mean I must be forced to not download it because its integrity couldn’t be verified. It’s my own device and I have every right to download everything I want, you can’t control what I must and mustn’t install.

First you only own the device. You license the OS software and are not allowed to do anything you want with it. In fact you have to agree to the terms and conditions in order to use it. The Terms and Conditions clearly state that if you do not agree with them, then you should return your device. You must agree to these terms when you first set up your device and at times with OS updates.

Second, if the website you are trying to access is using "http:" instead of "https:", then the website is not using the industry standard for internet security and you must ask yourself why they are not doing that. You can discuss this issue with the website developer. Using any "http" site without the SSL protection has been deprecated long ago across many different browsers and platforms.

Third, there is nothing you would be able to do with an .ipa file on your phone. Installing an .ipa file is only done with a computer, and since you do not have one, you won't even be able to use it.
