Can I share a Google calendar within the Apple Calendar app?

I currently share my apple calendar with several family members. I recently began using google calendar on my phone for business related items, so I can view on my desktop as well. I can see the events on both calendars when added, but my family can’t. Is there something that I’m doing correct to sync these? Any assistance would be appreciated
