iPadOS Testflight App no longer shows, at a glance, which apps need updating

On the iOS TestFlight app there is a button directly on the apps that need testing to show there is an update to install.

Until recently, the iPadOS TestFlight app was the same. Now following a recent app update it is not possible to see if there are any updates pending without clicking into each app one at a time. This feels like a backward step.

Has anyone else noticed this, is there a way to resolve this issue?
