Health app keeps crashing to Home Screen on iPhone 12 Pro

When I try to open Health app, my screen goes black momentarily, then reverts to my Home Screen. If I swipe up from bottom to see open apps, there’s a black screen for the health app. If I tap it, screen momentarily goes black, then reverts to Home Screen again. I tried restarting iPhone. Nothing works. IOS 18.01, iPhone 12pro.
