Camera stopped working on MacOS Sonoma, only blinking while using app using camera

Camera stopped working on macOS Sonoma 14.7. Any of the apps such as Facetime, PhotoBooth, Zoom, Whatsapp video call etc., cant load the video from the built in camera.

After searching for answer finally it fixed. here is my solution :

1. go to this link Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support
2. im using macbook pro 2019 intel, i choose for "Laptop computer with the T2 chip"

follow the instruction, shutdown mac and press key mentioned (right shift + left control + left option) hold it for 7 second and then press power button also 7 seconds and release all button.
