Empty window in AppStore instead of my account information

New MacBook Pro (Apple M3 Max)

When I try to install an app from the AppStore it says: "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store."

"View your account information."

After clicking "view" an empty window opens for a couple of seconds (!!!!!!!!!),

then it disappears and nothing else happens...

How to fix this issue?

Thanks in advance

This Apple Account has not yet been used with the App Store -

The system wants you to enter a payment method in your account details. You can bypass the iTunes/App Store to do this.

On a Mac;

• Open the System Settings app (in the  menu)

• Chose your Apple Account

• Choose Payment & Shipping

• Add a payment method to your account details

On an iOS/iPadOS device;
