Request for Refund of Unintentional Subscription

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent issue with an automatic annual subscription for the app Signeasy, which was charged to my account after the one-week trial period.
I would like to clarify that the purchase was unintentional. Despite explaining this situation to Apple Support previously, my request for a refund was unfortunately not accepted. I kindly request a refund of €99.99 for the Signeasy annual subscription, as it was made in error.
