Refund rejected w/o me providing my evidence

the first request for refund was declined and asked for an explanation, I replied back asking how to attach my evidence from the email of the developer that my in-app purchased was not successful, however the 2nd decision was made final that I am not eligible for refund, I thought we are eligible for 45 - 90 days refund in-app purchase in the video games without making us trying so hard. Anyone can help me please? I am trying to find an agent from apple support but I could not find any.

This is the procedure for requesting a refund:


Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support


If that's what you did and your request was rejected, there's probably nothing further you can do. You can try contacting Apple Support more directly:

but I doubt they'll do anything different for you. You can try, though.

The linked you provided only leads me to where I requested my refund. This is really frustrating, I am locked out from the decision of apple refund, I am completely 10000% sure that I did not recieved the in-app purchases, I even have the email from the support staff from where I purchase sayong that only apple can give the refund.


I have purchased an in-app again in Discord and failed to get my purchased but the payment went through, and apple support denied my refund again. This is totally frustrating and disappointing. I really wanna talk to a REAL PERSON about this refund not some person who thinks he/she can decide whatever they want without the consumer evidences or proof.

Calling Apple Support is your only option. No one here can help you since we're all just fellow users. But if Apple has twice denied a refund, there's almost certainly nothing Apple Support will be able to do for you. If you made an in-app purchase that was not delivered, you will need to try and work this out with whoever developed and released the app.
