Refund rejected w/o me providing my evidence
the first request for refund was declined and asked for an explanation, I replied back asking how to attach my evidence from the email of the developer that my in-app purchased was not successful, however the 2nd decision was made final that I am not eligible for refund, I thought we are eligible for 45 - 90 days refund in-app purchase in the video games without making us trying so hard. Anyone can help me please? I am trying to find an agent from apple support but I could not find any.
