Each time I remove it, it returns a few minutes later, exactly as shown.
I have had it for a good while now.
Stop removing it. It's created by the OS.
Never delete anything who purpose you don't understand.
Any uninstaller or “cleaner” app will eventually rear up and bite you in the tuchus, possibly rendering your system a brick. Don’t use them... EVER.
Its as its named suggests the container for the Apple TV app and its associated services. It is required, and will be remade every time you delete it by the operating system. It's also not taking up any relevant space,. 4KB, that's like 0.00000001% of a regular 256GB drive.
As lkrupp says, stop using uninstallers they can complete mess up a system.
Had it been anything more sensitive or important, you could have really botched your computer.
