Weird Mac address connection requests that have been popping up for months and is a struggle to close

This strange Mac address has been giving me connection requests fro months. I initially made a post about this and all I could find out was the origin of the Mac address Murata Manufacturing. co or smth. I Didn't think much about it until it happened again today however my bluetooth wasn't even on. Im just wondering if there's a way to locate the device and if it is not one of my devices does it pose a security risk or something along those lines. I would highly appreciate any help with this. I didn't manage to get a good picture of it before I canceled it so sorry. Could this be the computer itself or smth or possibly a bug with bluetooth. I also did factory reset my MacBook earlier in the year after this had started happening if it is possibly malware based?????. I also have my firewall on.
