AppleCare+ cancelled by apple.
Hello. Hope you are well. I am here to share my story with you: my AppleCare plan for MacBook Air should have been automatically renewed on November/03 (three days ago) but haven’t. Instead it appears like “expired”. In contact with apple, today, the assistant told me that “I” had cancelled the plan using my phone, but I haven’t! I am the one most interested in keeping it, why would I do that? My bet is that they lack explanation so the best answer is to put the fault on me.
