I accepted the new iCloud version or terms and conditions that was pushed to my iPhone 15, then my Notes disappeared . I tried update OS to latest version, but still notes are missing. There is one note but I had a lot more

Different things seem to have worked for different people - writing a new note, updating the OS, etc.
The key things seem to be checking that your notes appear in iCloud and then syncing the device - but different routes to get there.
