I bought an app for my watch, but it never showed up on my watch app to download. I tried restarting my watch, shutting down my phone, and unpairing and repairing my watch, and it still didn’t show up in either the watch app or my watch.

have you tried to go to the watch app on the phone and scrolled to the bottom of the page looking for the app?
You mean under available apps? It’s not there either.
