Disable/toggle "Copy Content" right click option in Safari

Wanted to raise this issue (I've seen it was discussed earlier too) to be able to either toggle this feature on/off so the right click modal does not get updated while the user tries to click on "open in new tab" and clicks "open in new window" instead - terribly annoying in everday use - or render the right click panel without shifting its position up - since it is rendered downwards to right of the cursor it is nearly always going to be an issue if the user right clicks on any image based link in the lower half of the screen (even on a studio display which I use every day.)

It is the worst UX seen in recent years since websites that loaded by rendering things above where the user wanted to click and the shift resulted in clicking on something else.
