Shazam's lockscreen widget doesn't save songs

Whenever I try to identify a song via the quick command from the lock screen the app recognizes the song but then does not save it in the recognized song history unless I click on the song and select “save to my music”, which makes the speed and convenience of being able to recognize songs from the lock screen mode significantly less practical

Any hint/suggestions? Do I just have to wait for some updates to fix this issue or is there a way solve this problem?
