Contact Apple Support:

Ask the Apple Rep to modify it over the phone. If permitted to do so, then inform to modify the Phone Numberand other credentials associated to your Apple Account, to what it should be. Important: Perform a Trial & Error login session with the Apple Rep prior to ending the phone call.

How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support

You cannot bypass Activation Lock. If you do not know the Apple ID and Apple ID password that the MacBook is asking for, you won't be able to unlock the Mac by yourself. Nor can any of us unlock it for you.

If you bought this Mac from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller, and have proof of original purchase, you can start an Activation Lock support request. (See Support article.)
