How can I transfer notes from my icloud onto my iphone notes app?

Apple came out with new terms and conditions. After I tapped accept to accept the new terms and conditions, my phone went black for a second and then after that all of my notes were deleted! Luckily, they were backed up on icloud, but when I open the iphone notes app it's showing I have zero notes. How do I move my notes that were backed up on icloud back onto my iphone?
