Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender--Why do I get about 10-15 of these per day?

Over the past year I have begun receiving 10 to 15 emails per day from Apple with the subject title, "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender", but I don't understand why.

There is a lot of verbiage in the body of the email, but it is technical to the point that I don't understand it.

Is anyone familiar with this issue?

Go to Rules in Mail. Add New Rule. Name it "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" Here is a screenshot of yours that made up.

That being said, Mail has bad habit of forgetting to delete them or Apple in their wisdom doesn't want the app to delete them and wants the enduser to delete them.

So if you do get them you will have to highlight them by right clicking on them (highlight them) without oopening them and right click and look at the bottom and use the Apply Rules option.

After you have completed it click Ok and Apply

BTW, something else that is giving us a problem is that when we send an email, close to half of the time it ends up in our outbox, but it cannot be sent. The recipient is sometimes in our contacts, and sometimes unfamiliar.
This has arisen within the past year also, and seems to be getting more and more frequent.
Any thoughts?

The headers of the returned messages will include the details of the particular failure.

Assuming the messages are not spam, that is.
